For nearly three decades, ordained minister and master of ceremonies Trevor Takasu has officiated weddings across Guam, Hawaii, Australia, and Japan, specializing in ceremonies at resort chapels, and outdoor venues. Trevor’s seen a change in what matters most to couples getting married which is adding their own special and engaging touch to their wedding.
Couples consider location when deciding where to get married. It might be where they first met, or a place of importance. Chapels, gardens, beaches, parks, mountains, private residences, and other scenic areas are among the many indoor and outdoor locations where Trevor has officiated weddings. Trevor has crafted destination wedding packages in over 40 countries for US, European, Asian, and Japanese couples. His articles have appeared in international bridal magazines and tourism publications. His works include the non-fiction “Wedding Traditions Worldwide” and the fiction series “Historical Weddings.”
